Administrator

Lori graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor’s degree in English Education, a K-12 reading endorsement, and a Master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling. She spent two years subbing in various school districts in Ohio and taught a year of English Adult Education at Sandusky High school. The next nine years were spent at Bellevue City schools teaching Jr. High Language Arts, working as an elementary guidance counselor, and coaching Jr. High volleyball, basketball, and track. After meeting her husband, Steve, she moved to Michigan and worked one year as a high school guidance counselor at Hopkins High school. THEN she had three children within three years, for which none of her educational experience prepared her!  She was a stay- at- home mom and volunteer extraordinaire for 15 years when God called her back into the workforce at TCA. “TCA has been a huge blessing to my children. They have had the privilege of a strong academic education and Biblical principles taught by capable and loving teachers.”

MelindaCrawford2015 Mrs. Melinda Crawford

Kindergarten Teacher

Melinda Crawford was born in raised in Manaus, Brazil. She graduated from Clearwater Christian College with an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education in 1991. From 1991-1995 she worked at Navy Child Development Centers in Florida and Nevada. In 2003 she was hired at TCA as the Kindergarten teacher. Melinda and her husband, Robert, have 2 grown sons and a teenage daughter.

Mrs. Kristen Marsh

First & Second Grade Teacher

Kristen is a 1991 graduate of Norwalk High School. She is married to Derrick and has three children. Mrs. Marsh attended classes at BGSU-Firelands working toward a Social Work degree.  She was employed as a Habilitation Specialist who provided housing for adults with MRDD.  She completed training and assisted Erie County Board of MRDD in writing behavior plans for clients.  She then took a position at Christian Day Nursery School working with 3-5 year-olds where she taught Bible for several years.  Upon starting her family, she was a stay-at-home mom until becoming a teacher for Trinity Christian Academy.

Mrs. Stacey Reilly

First and Second Grade Math, First – Sixth Science, First – Eighth Art Teacher

Stacey grew up in rural Clark County and graduated from Northeastern High School, Springfield, Ohio in 1995.  She graduated from Wittenberg University in 1999 with a Business Administration degree.  Following God’s calling and her passion for teaching, Mrs. Reilly returned to college and earned her Pk-3 Elementary Education endorsement in 2005 from Urbana University.  She taught 1st grade at Springfield Academy of Excellence in Springfield, Ohio from 2005 – 2007.  After moving to Norwalk, Mrs. Reilly spent several years as a substitute teacher before being blessed with the opportunity to teach at TCA and become part of this wonderful family.

Mrs. Reilly is married to a 3rd generation farmer and loves everything about living and working on their grain farm and raising pullet chickens.  She is also a proud dog mom to a beautiful girl named Ellie.  Some of Mrs. Reilly’s favorite things to do are spending time with her family and friends, reading, collecting early American antiques, decorating, gardening, and going tractor pulling with her husband.  One of Mrs. Reilly’s favorite subjects is early American history.  She enjoys learning all about the 1700 – 1800’s and pioneer life.

Mrs. Marci Snyder

Third and Fourth Grade Teacher

Marci Snyder graduated from Norwalk High School in 1991 and went on to attend Bradford Business School.  She has spent her life in her hometown of Norwalk and has enjoyed raising her 3 children and 3 bonus daughters.  Her youngest son has attended TCA since Kindergarten. Mrs. Snyder has worked professionally in Human Resource positions for local businesses and founded “The For Pete’s Sake Foundation” in 2001.  She was the Executive Director for 10 years and worked with schools across the state for drug prevention and awareness.  Mrs. Snyder also runs a ministry for ladies with her Vintage Boutique and empowerment activities.  She has always had a desire to be teacher and is delighted in this opportunity that God has provided.  Mrs. Snyder enjoys her family, teaching at her church, being outside in nature, and cheering her boys on in sports.

HeatherDumbeck2015Ms. Heather Dumbeck

5th & 6th Grade Teacher

Heather Dumbeck graduated from Monroeville High School and Cedarville University.  Recently, she completed her Masters of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Ashland University.  Looking forward to seeing her first major publications.

Heather enjoys the challenges of her three children who have all attended TCA and are involved in church and school sports and music activities. Donuts are always accepted. What a joy!

 

MollyRychener2015 Mrs. Molly Rychener

Head Teacher, 7th/8th   Grade Teacher, Latin Teacher

Molly Rychener graduated from Bellevue High School in 1990 and went on to complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Bowling Green State University. In 2014 she completed a three – year apprenticeship program with the CiRCE Institute earning a Certificate of Mastery in Classical Education. Molly also serves on the Board of Trustees for her local library. She and her husband have two daughters, both of whom attended Trinity K-8th. Molly has a passion for classical education, quality literature, and quiet time to enjoy her family.

 

MikkiEhrenberg2015 Mrs. Mikki Ehrenberg

7th/8th Grade Pre-Algebra and Algebra I Teacher, 7th/8th Grade Science

Mikki Ehrenberg graduated as valedictorian from Southwest Christian School in 1993. She then studied Children’s Ministries at North Central Bible College in Minnesota. It was there that she met her husband, moved back to Ohio, and started a family. For the next eight years she was a full-time mom who opened her home to other children as a daycare provider. Mikki began volunteering at TCA when her oldest started kindergarten in 2005. : “Jason and Mikki have been blessed with four children: Andrew, Brandon, Cara, and Deanna. Their two oldest boys attended TCA and their oldest daughter currently attends.

 

miller erica Miss Erika Miller

Physical Education / Health & Science Teacher

Erika Miller was born and raised in Huron County. She graduated from Willard High School in 1993 and went on to attend Cedarville College (now University) and play collegiate softball. She graduated with a comprehensive (K-12) Physical Education degree in 1997. After graduation she taught Phys. Ed./Health/Music at St. Patrick’s School in London, Ohio for three years. Following that she taught Phys. Ed./Health/Bible/Music at Madison-Clark Christian Academy for five years and was the Athletic Director for three years. She now enjoys teaching part time at Trinity, working part time for Cedarbrook Camp of Ohio, and helping full time on the farm with her family. “Teaching at Trinity is a breath of fresh air. The atmosphere is so conducive to learning and growing. It’s a great place to be!”
